The Roses are in bloom

I think I've mentioned before that Japan seems to have a "season" for everything. This is the first year I have been aware of the "Rose Season" but it has been pretty spectacular!

I visited the Yokohama English Garden with my friend Yasuko on May 10, before we went the BYU Vocal Point concert. The garden was in peak bloom and pictures just can't do it justice.

We stopped at Yokohama Station to grab dinner before the concert. Best sushi ever! It was too much, but I just couldn't not eat it all.

A few days after I went to the Yokohama English Garden I read about the Kana Garden (Kanagawa Public Garden). It was also having a Rose Festival so Sloan and I went to check it out. Equally amazing!
