Forest Bathing
This weekend we visited Komiya Park in Hachioji. When I looked online to find out more about this park, the description said (translated from Japanese to English) that in the park you can enjoy "Forest Bathing"! I laughed when I read that but after visiting I can see what they mean - the forest is intensely green, with so many birds singing in the trees. It surrounds you - and you smell, see, and hear it!
